PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center created this signature event to bring awareness to National Bullying Prevention Month. This day is about promoting kindness, acceptance and inclusion to prevent bullying. Blue Ridge Virginia Governor's School Interest Meetings Information:
Virtual Meetings will be held on October 18th at 8pm and on October 19th at 9am.

It was an enjoyable Monday evening watching our Marching Govs perform in a showcase with Amherst and Liberty Christian Academy. I am always impressed with the talent of our students!

The Nelson County Marching Governors were the opening "act" at the 2023 Freedom Fest held at Stoney Creek Resort and Campground in Greenville, VA, on Saturday, September 9. After the band marched through the campground, they performed show music, patriotic music, and the Star Spangled Banner. Then, they had some free time at the festival!
